About

Kevin Cambridge (he/him) is a dynamic actor, singer, and dancer based in Amiskwacîwâskahikan (Edmonton, Alberta). A recent graduate of the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre Performance program at MacEwan University, Kevin is deeply passionate about using his entire body to tell authentic, meaningful stories on stage and screen.

With over two decades of professional experience, Kevin has built a diverse resume across Alberta's theatre and film industries. On the stage, his recent highlights include starring as the titular characters in The Noteworthy Life of Howard Barnes (Light in the Dark Theatre) and The Other Josh Cohen (Birnton Theatricals). He recently tackled multiple ensemble roles in Rent (ELOPE Musical Theatre) and, during his time at MacEwan University, served as the understudy for all the adult male roles in Spring Awakening. Kevin also has a long-standing history with the renowned Badlands Passion Play in Drumheller, performing various roles over 12 seasons on Canada’s largest outdoor stage—which notably included stepping up as the understudy for Jesus.

In addition to his theatrical work, Kevin can be seen in numerous film and television productions. His notable screen credits include roles in Miracle Channel's The Good News, AMC’s Hell on Wheels, CTV’s hit comedy Jann, and Hallmark’s Winter in Vale, alongside feature projects like My Grandpa Detective and Mayflower II.

Beyond performing, Kevin is a dedicated advocate for the local arts community. Since 2017, he has served as an Artistic Associate for Light in the Dark Theatre and works extensively as an arts administrator in box offices throughout Alberta, championing the theatre industry both behind the scenes and in the spotlight.
